英雄是什么？英雄是不怕困难，英勇过人，
值得敬佩，而又仰慕的人。
我想每个人心中都有一个英雄，他能给自己树立榜样，能让自己产生前进的动力，我心中也有英雄，随着成长，我对英雄也有了不同的认识。
刚刚咿呀学语的时候，在我的心中就一有英雄。因为这英雄个可以杀鸡、杀鱼、可以做出好吃的饭，洗出干净的衣服，还可以用自己的力气把一大块木头劈成两半，当我晚上恶梦醒来时，只要看见她在我身旁时，恐惧的心理就会消失。她就是我妈妈。在我幼小的心里妈妈是一个英雄。
当我上小学的时候，在我童年的心中又多了一个英雄，因为，他什么都懂，什么都会。

大家好！我是来自昌吉市第一中学初二四班的尹子衣。很高兴今天站在这里为疫情防控工作的宣传演讲，我演讲的主题是我心中的英雄。
不知，你是否注意。每晚灯火通明的时候，学校里还有一盏明晃晃的灯，光门缝照亮了门外那黑漆漆的走廊。不知，你是否注意，每天清晨天色朦胧之时，有一群老师正赶着首班车来到学校，拿起手中的测温枪等待着学生走进书香四溢的校园。
当你在梦中流连忘返时，老师们正严肃的讨论防疫措施，当你在课堂听讲时，老师们正焦急的排查班级人员信息。疫情当前，正是有了这一名又一名的老师在背后默默付出与奉献，我，以及这千千万万的莘莘学子才能心无旁骛的汲取着知识的雨露。人民日报称：“英雄就是普通人，拥有一颗伟大的心。”不缺英雄。有钟南山院士李兰娟院士的坚守，能在疫情面前挺直了腰杆站起来。校园更不缺英雄，每当我踏着清晨那静谧的马路来到校门口，总能发现，有穿着制服的保安，仔仔细细的检查同学们的书包，不让一丝危险进入校园。他们是保卫校园安全的英雄，是我心中的英雄。
我们就在保护着校园安全英雄的指引下，待着无限的期待与激动，踏进这久违的校园。而紧接着，便是重要的学生防护工作。走进测温棚，看到的是炎炎夏日的骄阳下，冒着汗的老师一个挨一个的测温统计；是细雨绵绵微风吹拂时，老师一个换一个的发放的口罩。这一系列认真的防疫工作，是环环相扣，毫无纰漏。辗转过后，我竟觉得这口罩不是负担，而更像是一种无声的爱与呵护，免我忍受病痛，免我惴惴不安。他们是送炭人，是我心中的英雄。
我就在这一次次反反复复地前行中，我走进教室迎来班主任亲切的关心。那嘴角的一抹微笑，仿佛在对我说不用担心有老师在，在校园里一定是健康的。仅仅是一个小小的数字，仅仅是一张表格上统计的一个名字，却是他们日日夜夜的担忧。在这场防疫战争中，这些敬业的班主任宛如我们这些花朵的“保护神”，是我心中的英雄。年少时不懂世理，只在恍惚间听着大人们说起“英雄”二字，记忆里便刻下了那些舍生忘死的革命先烈，刻下了那些大义凛然的爱国志士。竟彻彻底底地忘记，原来英雄也可以很近，也可以在我身边。是为我坚守校门岗位的保安，是为我检测体温的师长，他们心中的大义与无畏，撑起了我的天，是我心中当之无愧的英雄。

今天，我演讲的题目是：《英雄中国》。
我们生活在英雄的国度，我们成长于英雄的民族、英雄的时代，我们的先人创造了英雄的业绩，我们年轻一代肩负着继往开来的英雄的的使命。
让我们走入历史的烟云，去感受那一幕幕英雄的传奇：
女娲补天，精卫填海，大禹治水，仓颉造字，在远古洪荒的时代，我们的先人就创造着这样的神话，更创造着神话般的英雄业绩。
“秦王扫六合，虎视何雄哉!挥剑决浮云，诸侯尽西来。”他第一次让中华民族强有力地凝聚在了一起。
汉武大帝，雄才大略，他的勇士们北征大漠的风烟，西击西域的风沙，他让中华民族走向了强盛。
一代天骄，成吉思汗，他的铁骑狂扫四方，开创了最大的疆域。
当历史的脚步走向近代，当中外反动者的硝烟笼罩到人民的头上，我们英雄的人民更是奋起拼搏，以满腔的热血铸就救亡图存的长城，以誓死如归的意志谱写自立自强的诗篇。
“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之。”这是林则徐的誓言，他的虎门销烟显示的正是中华民族捍卫主权的意志。
“我自横刀向天笑，去留肝胆两昆仑。”这是维新志士谭同的绝命诗，革新失败，他情愿用自己的鲜血来洗涤国人的眼睛，让人们看到勇士的血色。
“四顾渺无迹，天风吹我衣，听涛起雄心，誓荡扶桑儿。”这是叶剑英的誓言，是中国将士扫荡倭寇的志愿，正是这种殊死战斗的信念激励着保家卫国的勇士们奋勇向前。

英雄，人人都能拥有的称号。但，成为英雄，前提是不畏苦难，不向困难低头。人人都有英雄的一面，我心中的英雄就是——我的妈妈。
妈妈，也是母亲，神圣而伟大，每每到了自己的生日，小寿星的母亲就十分值得骄傲，自豪，值得夸奖。正所谓“自己的生日便是母亲的苦难日”。
成为妈妈，就等于担起了责任，担起的是养育孩子，打扫房间，洗衣做饭，保护家的完整，这一系列不得反抗而必须承担的责任。怀自己时，每日挺着大肚子，走在路上，就像肩挑六斤的重担，睡觉时也不能放下，那是一段多么痛苦的日子!但妈妈忍下来了。生我那天，妈妈咬紧牙关，独自一个人经历了千辛万苦把我生下来，我咽咽啼哭，扰得母亲不得安宁，熬出了黑眼圈。
渐渐地我长大了，妈妈开始上班了。中午虽可以休息，可妈妈把休息的时间放在了班上和家之间的路上。慢慢变得腰酸背痛。到了家就做饭，做完饭用十分钟吃晚饭，立马走人，再次高速行驶在上班的路上，就这时间也不够用呀!每个寒假、暑假，都是我自己过，没有手机时，只能自己一个人在家，度过一个生日，但得到这样的日子我已心满意足，妈妈也不容易。
到了五年级，实在不能这样下去了，学习需要管，妈妈就换成了倒班，上完夜班后睡一天都缓不过来，更别说只睡半天就可以了。慢慢地，家里又要给新房子贷款，金融问题出现，对建造一窍不通的妈妈不得不报考一级建造师挣钱。四本书，几个月学完，两年考过，才能得到每月两千元的工资。没有老师教，只能自学，负担就更重了。白班看，夜班看，休息看，还要做家务。这可是一般人所能做不到的，妈妈却做到了。
英雄，不一定必须有英雄事迹才能办成，母亲，就是最伟大的英雄，生我，养我，育我，为贤妻良母，挑起家庭的重担。

尚轩是一个乐于助人的.孩子。有一次放学，天阴着脸，就像闹脾气的小娃娃，马上就要大哭似的。于是，我背起书包，飞快地向家的方向跑去，但是没等我跑回家，天就下起了蒙蒙细雨。可是转眼间，就变成了倾盆大雨。于是，我跑得更加努力了。不料，我脚下有一个垃圾袋，一下子让我摔了一跤，我痛得差点起不来。就在这时，我听见有人在高喊我的名字。我转身一看，原来是尚轩。他帮我打着伞，扶着我一步一步地向家走去。虽然这时天气很冷，但我的心里却是温暖的。
尚轩还是个关心他人的孩子。记得那是四年级发生的一件事。一天放学，我准备拿着妈妈给我的三元钱去买文具。可是到了文具店门口，我一摸口袋，三元钱怎么不见了？我急的脸都红了，都差点哭了出来。正当这时，尚轩发现了，就问我：“你怎么了？没事吧？”我哽咽地说：“妈妈早上给我的三元钱不见了。”他又是安慰我，把自己的三元钱给了我。我怀着感激的心情，深深地注视着他。第二天早上到学校后惊讶地发现妈妈给我的三元钱在英语书里“睡大觉”呢！我拿着三元钱给了尚轩，又跟他说了事情的经过，我们都哈哈大笑了起来，真是虚惊一场啊！

这是多么奇妙的梦境！谁能不为一位水稻科学家对事业的如醉如痴，梦魂牵绕，发出由衷的赞美呢? 袁隆平投身杂交水稻探讨，一干就是几十年。他说，搞这个探讨工作，是很苦的，头上有太阳晒，脚下是泥和水，但是在这里有希望，有目标，有成果，所以只感到欢乐。几十年来，他基本上是静默无闻，孜孜不倦地从事他的探讨。衣着简朴，饮食清淡，闲时拉拉小提琴自娱。 他的欢乐，他的充溢，来自他所执著的事业。他总结说，自己一是不怕失败，搞探讨难免有失败，怕失败就不要搞探讨；二是淡泊名利，人活在世上，要高尚一点，不要斤斤计较名利得失，过于计较，一旦得不到就很不痛快；三是生活俭朴，身体要好。这是一位做学问的人的人生三昧，很值得玩味。

从1981年至1998年，x杂交水稻探讨中心共举办了期国际杂交水稻培训班，培训了来自15个以上国家的100多名科技人员。1998年，越南和印度种植面积已分别超过了10万公顷和20万顷，并且取得了每公顷增产1吨-2吨的效果。杂交水稻在解决世界饥饿问题上正日益显示出强大的生命力。
