My Dream
I dream of being a doctor.
My mother is a doctor. She always has to wor k extra hours and comes home late and tired. She has to go to the hospital immediately any time she is needed, no matter how late it is at night. When I was very little , I once asked her why she chose such a boring and hard job. S he answered with a smile, “Yes I am sometim es very tired but seeing my patients getting b etter and better makes me happy from the bot tom of my heart.”
As I grow up, I gradually come t o understand her words and realize doctors are noble. I ma de up my mind to be a doctor when I was in ju nior school and this has never changed since then.
I really hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal disease, no one suffe ring from illness. But this is only a fantasy. W hat about the reality? There are still many ma ny people who are faced with disastrous dise ase and suffering from constant pain. There a re still many many people living in miserable condition and live miserably. There are still m any many people dying of cancer and leaving the beautiful world reluctantly. All those thing s make me feel sad because I think everyone has the right to live . I want to help the sick an d reduce their pain as much as I can. I want t o bring a healthy body to the patients and sav e their lives as many as I can. I want to see pe ople cured ,living happily with their families a nd friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white.
When I become a doctor, I will cherish each lif e regardless of the races, sexes, ages, positio ns and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.

Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. When we talk about dreams,we are so excited.We all have our own dreams,some want to be teachers,others want to be doctors,others want to be scientists.However,not all dreams can come true,as people always give them up for some reason.
A dream is to a man what wings are to a bird. With a dream in the deep heart`s core, a man is spontaneously driven to hitch his wagon to a star. A dream is an inexhaustible source of energy that keeps our enthusiasm burning, and kindles our desire to enhance our spiritual cultivation, refine our character, and upgrade our quality of life. A life without a dream is like a bird with broken wings, confined to a cage and oblivious of what lies beyond the range of its vision. It is dream that adds fullness, variety, and spice to our life and makes it worth living.

In my opinion Dream of the red chamber is the best book I have read. In this book, the great author Cao xueqin his view about love. He had firmly faith in what is the true love and try to tell us that there are different kinds of love, only one kind which should be considered as True Love.
In a dream, and under mythical circumstances, the main character of the novel, Jia baoyu, met the Fairy Disenchantment in the Land of Illusions. She showed him three "registers" each containing the names and "the happenings in life" of 12 girls in his clan. Each girl represents a kind of love.
From the stories which are unfolding in the novel, the reader should know the characteristics of the different kinds of love, and should be able to distinguish True Love from the other kinds.
True love is acceptance, committal, mutual and without any post conditions. The love between Lin daiyu and Jia baoyu is considered to be True Love. Just saying or hearing I love you is not good enough because talk is cheap. Action in mutual commitment is essential, as we can see in the novel.
We always have dreams. What’s ours dream? Do you know what you exactly want? And do you work hard for it. In this book, you can taste the feeling of the author about his strong will. In his words, you can find the charm of Chinese. It is not a book, but a precious deposits. You can get a lot from it. But unfortunately, the novel was never "completed" to such a state. On the other hand, maybe, it is another kind of beauty of the book. If you have not read this book yet, just go and read it. You will love it.

当每一天早上上学的时候，看到马路上的车辆来来往往，一派车水马龙的景象。看到车尾排出的那么多黑糊糊的气体。我想：这么多的车辆，对我们的生活有怎样样的危害呢?我带着疑问问爸爸。爸爸告诉我说：“汽车后面排放的是二氧化碳，它对大自然和人类都有害，可是路边有许多的树木能够吸收二氧化碳，所以我们要爱护树木。”听了爸爸的话，我松了松口气。决定以后要爱护树木，因为它是我们的朋友。

The problem is, China has involved in countless processes of production, but doesn’t necessarily have the intellectual property rights. If all we can be is part of the low-cost, labor-oriented production process, we’ll remain in a passive, disadvantaged position and gradually lose our competitive edge in the global arena. To develop China’s creative industry, transforming products from "made in China" to "created in China" has become one of China’s major tasks.
This transformation will be no less like a marathon, requiring much effort especially that from Chinese enterprises, the major force in Chinese economy. Though there’ s no one in front leading us which direction to run, there’s much to learn from some Chinese enterprises that have already found the right strategies and are shining on the global stage. These strategies involve brand identity establishment, technological innovation and modern management system.
Firstly, the brand that I mentioned above is an intangible yet most valuable asset to a company. It gains credibility from consumers, thus constituting the reason for consumers to buy habitually. Tong Ren Tang, the largest producer of traditional Chinese medicine, remains one of the oldest surviving brand names. The credibility that it gained through quality products has made its name known worldwide and maintains its recognized brand.
The second strategy is innovation of technology, which helps enterprises gain its core competency. In the global era where technology emerges at a rapid speed, one has to adopt the latest technology, and also to compete for the speed of developing new ones. The success of Haier, the third largest household appliances manufacturer in the world, lies in its constant innovation. Over the past 16 years, Haier has invested a total of 7 billion RMB in technological development, using 6 percent of its income for scientific research and the development of new products. At present, Haier's development operational speed is turning out 1.3 new products a day, maintaining its upper-hand in the fierce competition.
The third strategy is the establishment of modern management system. New Hope Group, the National Leading Enterprise for Agriculture, started from family-owned business. When the business was soaring and situation was changing, the family members had divergent views of management. To make sure of the development of their business, they decided to turn their company into a limited liability one, distributing property rights efficiently. Because of this, the company increased its competitiveness rapidly. Establishing a modern management system will lead to efficient levels of division of labor and efficient patterns in the business cycle.
With brand identity, technology and flexibility, China’s creative industries will blossom and give China the cutting edge in the fierce global competition. One day, China will stand firm and proud, with national brands thriving on the global markets, and with millions of products tagged “created in China”, instead of “made in China”.
